Return & Exchange Policy

  • We don’t accept returns only exchanges.
  • M/S Three Sixty Five only accepts items in saleable condition. We do not accept exchanges that have been previously worn and/ or washed. It is M/S Three Sixty Five’s discretion as to whether the garment has been worn or not, but, please note that our team thoroughly inspects the jacket prior to denying a exchange.
  • Although rare, things may happen and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please email customer care (customer care email to be mentioned) with a picture of the defective product and we will reply as soon as possible.
  • After our warehouse receives your return, we will promptly refund your payment, minus the initial shipping charge. The refunded amount will be issued back to the same Debit/ Credit card information provided at checkout. In case, the payment method was Cash On Delivery (COD) then we will ask you to please provide us with bank details to refund the amount. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy.
  • Three Sixty Five will not accept returns for refund after 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list. After 30 days, we will issue either an exchange or credit for the original amount to be used on our website. Note- credit amount is only valid for 6 months from the date of issue of the credit.

Exchange:

You can request for an exchange within 72 hours or 3 days of order delivery. Please note you cannot exchange an item for a higher priced item. You can, however, exchange for something of equal or lesser value. If the item you want is more expensive than what you currently have, you will have to pay the difference. You can contact our customer care team for that.

Cancellation Policy:

For any cancellation of an order is possible before it has been dispatched. Please contact customer care in this case threesixtyfiveclub@gmail.com
